Residential services we provide include the demolition of kitchens and bathrooms for remodeling projects, demolition, and removal for most types of floor coverings everything from carpet to tile and wood or vinyl. We also do selective demolition to complete strip-outs / interior gut-outs for water and fire damage repair projects or large-scale renovation projects. During demolition the disturbance and removal of various materials that have been in place for many years or even decades create a dirty environment! We take measures to minimize the impact to the surrounding areas with preventative measures such as plastic barriers and air filtration equipment according to each site’s specific requirements.

At Demo Pros Plus our construction clean-up, junk removal, and hauling is where we began.
In 1995 Demo Pros Plus owner Mike Merriss opened Mike’s Quick Haul which provided home owners and remodeling contractors throughout Southern California with an affordable and reliable resource to get rid of their project debris or the unwanted junk around the house, garage, yard, storage unit, or rental property, etc. and it just kept expanding from there to performing demolition services for remodeling projects for many home owners and contractors throughout Southern California and some we continue to do work for still to this day, as well as some of their grown children that are contractors.
